Reformulation Project
In March 2016 FSANZ who provide the regulatory food safety standards revised the table relating to safe l
evels of ingredients in sports supplements. As a result of this and us knowing we can do better we have started to reformulate some products.
The first of these is the Branch Chain Amino acids. The new Lemon Lime flavour tastes amazing, is vegan nutrition, uses a natural flavour and is 100% compliant to the new FSANZ standard.
This is a long and expensive process for us. We made a batch of strawberry Pea protein that tastes terrible and that is just sitting here till we find room in the bin for it. Ice Coffee Pea is still in the development pipeline and not forgotten.
We have been extremely fussy over flavour and our food technician is probably over us. We hope when you taste these you tell us what you think. We will be sending out taste feedback forms regularly to make sure this is what you want. We have changed our returns policy such that we pay for the return of the goods so that you will never be out of pocket if you don’t like the taste.
Rebranding Project
We are also keen to modernize the brand as well as the formulations. In the feedback you have been giving us people ask us for individual nutrition panels per flavour and we are committed to delivering that. As such we need new labels so it makes sense to refresh the lot.

Discount Coupon for May
This month we want to encourage people who aren’t using greens to consider them. Lots of people supplement protein but are not getting enough plant based nutrition. Really important if you want to recover from training faster, have an alkaline gut, & have strong bones to hang those lean muscles on. So we are putting CS Greens (50% Chlorella 50% Spirulina) & All Greens ( 37.5% Chlorella 37.5% Spirulina 12.5% Wheat Grass 12.5% Barley Grass) on special.

Free PO Box Deliveries & Free Click & Collect at Woolworths / Big W
If you didn’t know we are now offering free PO Box deliveries. (Some couriers charge an extra $9.50+GST to deliver to these.) PO Boxes are owned by Australia Post and not accessible to everyone. We are also really pleased that you have the option for free click and collect via Woolworths / Big W for orders placed on our eBay store. (We can’t do that here on this website unfortunately.)
Price Reduction
We have revised down some of the prices we put up. A lot of people told us where we had to be and we listened. We know you have other buy direct options and whilst we are far cheaper than in stores, we are trying to offer superior products. That is why we use stevia, not sucralose, and aim to use vegan ingredients and processes. It is not always possible for our price point in the market.
Site Problems
The website has been really difficult to place orders on. Some items placed in the checkout would stay there if removed, people couldn’t get to the orange place order button as it wasn’t appearing. It all turns out that it was due to a caching problem. We paid 2 different developers to fix this for us and at least one of them didn’t get it right. We believe it is fixed now and just want to apologise profusely for the hassle. The caching plugin is meant to make the site faster and easier to use. It had about 100x the wrong the effect. Sincerely sorry.
