Shipping Policy:

FREE STANDARD AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $75, REGARDLES OF SIZE OR VALUE. THIS OPTION MUST BE CHOSEN AT CHECKOUT.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $9.00 fee for Standard Freight Orders under $75.

EXPRESS and PO Box (Postal Box) Delivery orders is charged at a $12.00 FLAT RATE Australia wide. This is available at check out for any size order. 

Our shipping and handling fees are in accordance to Australia Post  & Fastway
ORDERING & DELIVERY

1. You will receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.

2. When goods are shipped you will receive a second shipping email, advising your order has been dispatched     (Posted).
 
3. Goods will be packaged in a discreet manner to prevent product damage during transport.

4. Orders received before 1pm Eastern Australia time will be dispatched same business day.

5. Goods are air & road freighted via both courier and Australia Post with delivery to all regions of Australia. We use various transport services to ensure the FASTEST DELIVERY. Most of our customers receive their goods next working day.

6. You can check on the status of your shipment. The shipping email includes a delivery consignment number and a relevant Courier or Australia Post web link & phone number. Log onto this site or telephone to see where your order is.

7. For your security, deliveries do require a signature on receipt. Delivery should be to an address where someone is there to receive and sign for the goods. If no one is available to receive delivery, a card will be left advising the package is collectable at the nearest Courier or Australia Post.

8. If you wish for deliveries to be left without signature (at front door etc). this should be noted on your order comments and we will advise the couriers. Fitbits will however take no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries.

9. If you want to make a claim relating to your product damaged in transport or incorrect goods sent etc. it must be done within 48 hours of receiving your order by telephone, email or fax. After confirmation on your claim we will e-send the goods or credit your account in full. The cost for shipping of the product will be covered by Fitbits.com

Delivery Timeframes

Dispatch

Fitbits.com dispatches your order from Queensland, Australia on business days only (Mon to Fri).

We use Australia Post and Fastway for all deliveries.

Orders for delivery within Australia which are received before 1pm EST, and paid by credit card are generally dispatched on the same day.

  • Orders paid by cheque or Money Order are generally dispatched on the day payment is cleared into our account.
  • Orders paid by or Direct Transfer are generally dispatched on the day the payment appears on our statement. This is usually the following day after payment is made.

If an item is out of stock, and remains unavailable for 48 hours, we will contact you by email.

International orders are dispatched after a 48 hour delay (see below), and sent via Australia Post, registered and insured.

To assist us getting your order to you quickly please:

  • Include your phone number and a valid email address to help if we need to sort out any issues with your order
  • Check or update your address, or any other details click Change my details link before proceeding through the checkout
  • The person at the receiving address will be required to sign for the delivery
  • If you are not at the delivery address a card will be left with pickup details from your local post office. Sometimes these cards get accidentally misplaced or are not left by the driver, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please contact us for your parcel's consignment number so that you can make enquiries at your post office.
  • You can have your order delivered to your workplace. Please include the name of the business in the delivery address details.

Costs

Delivery within Australia:

FLAT EXPRESS DELIVERY FEE of $12.00 Australia wide is available as an option at checkout.


All International shipments:

  • International customers may place orders.
  • All international payments must be processed through PayPal.
  • Orders over the value of $100.00 AUD will be accepted for international customers.
  • All international shipments are exempt from FREE DELIVERY offer on orders over $150.00 AUD.
  • We will calculate the costs and email you. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive the email.
  • Postage prices are based on Australia Post International Parcel pricing; Air mail, based on weight, with a small handling fee, between $2 AUD to $3 AUD added.
  • If postage insurance is available, we include that. Should you want the delivery to be sent without insurance, please advise by email, and please note that no claims can be made on uninsured mail.
  • Fitbits.com does not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the Australia may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • The purchaser should investigate themselves of any customs or import restrictions that may apply to products they want to purchase. Fitbits.com cannot be held liable for any holding or seizure of goods by customs in the country of destination.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds

Any faulty or damaged stock received and reported within 24 hours of delivery will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of Fitbits.com, will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge.

We may choose a replacement product or repair is sufficient to remedy instead of credit. This will be at our sole discretion, but will only occur after contacting you whilst complying with warranties, other contracts and statutes.
